Frequently Asked Questions

How soon can I eat after whitening treatment?
We apply a mineral-rich pack after treatment to help your teeth absorb essential nutrients. Ideally, you should wait about 30 minutes before eating or drinking, but eating immediately won’t cause harm.
Even richly colored foods and drinks—like red wine and curry—can be enjoyed on the same day.
Will the treatment hurt?
Most patients experience little to no discomfort.
In rare cases, if the whitening agent reaches exposed dentin or cementum through tiny enamel cracks, some sensitivity may occur. However, we carefully examine and protect these areas beforehand.
Mild sensitivity during or after the procedure is possible, but it usually fades within 24 hours.
How white will my teeth get?
Results vary based on your lifestyle, age, and the extent of discoloration.
During your consultation, we’ll discuss your habits and whitening goals to design a plan tailored to your needs. With consistent treatment, even yellowed teeth can return to a visibly brighter shade.
Note:
Teeth that have undergone root canal treatment or are affected by tetracycline staining may require more sessions. However, even these can be noticeably improved without drilling, and banding can be reduced.
What’s the difference between in-office and at-home whitening?
In-Office Whitening: Performed at our clinic using high-concentration whitening agents and light activation. You can achieve up to 7 shades lighter in a single session (results vary).

At-Home Whitening: Involves wearing a custom tray with whitening gel for 2–3 hours daily. Within 1–2 weeks, teeth typically lighten by 1–2 shades.
Even with home treatments, we recommend professional guidance to ensure safety and effectiveness.

How long does whitening last?
A single in-office session can keep your teeth bright for around 6 months. However, habits like smoking, coffee, and wine can gradually stain teeth again.
Ongoing care, such as home whitening touch-ups, helps extend the results.
Our unique method not only whitens but also strengthens enamel, promoting remineralization and helping your results last longer than standard treatments.
Is whitening harmful to my teeth?
Not at all. Our treatment strengthens rather than weakens your teeth.
By restoring minerals and reinforcing enamel, your teeth become healthier and smoother after whitening. Many patients report that their teeth feel cleaner and more polished.

初診料金

カウンセリング

各種検査の上、治療のご提案、お見積もりの作成を行い、短期集中治療を行う上で望ましい口内環境を整える治療も含まれます。
初診時にはカウンセリング、パノラマ撮影、デンタル16枚法、口腔内写真（噛み合わせ検査）、バイオフィルム除去、むし歯のチェック、15年後に歯を失うリスクについての分析を行い、短期集中治療を行うとともに治癒率の高いお口の中の環境作りを行わせていただきます。

※歯石除去と着色除去は含まれません。初診時に歯石除去をご希望される場合は14,300円/ 30分（拡大鏡使用のもと）となります。
※根尖病巣の治療が必要な場合は、治療が可能かなども含めてCTを別途撮影させていただくことをご了承くださいませ（1部位7,700円 税込）
※遠方からお越しの方のために、当日に治療を開始できるように、メール相談にて治療回数や費用の概算をお答えさえていただいております。
※感染対策予防料 1,100円（税込）が必要となります。

・For patients visiting from outside the area, we offer email consultations in advance so that treatment can begin on the same day as your first visit.
・An infection control fee of ¥1,100 (tax included) will be added to each visit.

医療費控除について

1. 医療費控除の概要

自己又は自己と生計を一にする配偶者やその他の親族のために医療費を支払った場合には、一定の金額の所得控除を受けることができます。これを医療費控除といいます。

2. 医療費控除の対象となる医療費の要件

（１）納税者が、自己又は自己と生計を一にする配偶者やその他の親族のために支払った医療費であること。
（２）その年の1月1日から12月31日までの間に支払った医療費であること。

3. 医療費控除の対象となる金額

医療費控除の対象となる金額は、次の式で計算した金額(最高で200万円)です。

(実際に支払った医療費の合計額 – (1)の金額) – (2)の金額

（1）保険金などで補てんされる金額

（例）生命保険契約などで支給される入院費給付金や健康保険などで支給される高額療養費・家族療養費・出産育児一時金など

初診の方の診察の流れ

治療をご希望される方は、現状の把握のために、必ず初診（3.3万円）をお受けいただいております。
初診後、歯周病治療や予防歯科の治療計画を策定いたします。
一時帰国の歯科治療をご希望の方は、事前に症状をメールにてお伺いし、治療回数やお見積りを作成したうえで予約をお取りしています。

  • ご予約

    WEBもしくは電話にてご予約をお願いします。ご予約後、WEB問診票をお送りしますので診察までに記載をお願い致します。問診票の記入完了をもって予約が完了となります。

  • 初診

    御来院いただき、各種検査の上、治療のご提案、治療に必要な回数とお見積もりの作成を行います。また短期集中治療を行う上で望ましい口内環境を整えるための歯石除去、バイオフィルムの除去も初診料に含まれます。

  • 治療

    スケジュールを組んでご来院いただき治療を開始します。手術用顕微鏡とグローバルスタンダードで安全な薬剤や方法を用いることにより通常4～5回の通院が必要な治療でも最短1回で治療を完了することができます。

HYGIENE MANAGEMENT
徹底した衛生管理・ラバーダム防湿による再発防止への取り組み

根の治療は再発を繰り返すほどに治癒率が下がってしまうので、早期の治療の実施をおすすめいたします。
イニシャルトリートメント（最初に神経を治療する時）の確実性がその後の再発リスクに関わってきます。

神谷町デンタルクリニックでは以下のことを徹底して行っているため、
イニシャルトリートメントの場合（初めて神経を取る治療の場合）は1回、
再治療（他院で神経を取った歯の再発）の場合は治癒率向上のために2回で被せ物を装着することが可能です。
（歯根吸収が著しい、根の湾曲が大きい、以前の根管治療の金属片が深く刺さっている、などの難症例においてはこの限りではありません。）

また根の中を機械的に清掃していく器具などは、毎回新品を滅菌して使用しております。
